Lost Mail & Non-Receipt Policy

At Dear Angel, we take great care in preparing and mailing each letter to ensure it reaches you safely. However, as with all postal services, occasional delays or lost mail may occur. Please review our policy below regarding lost or undelivered letters.

1. Shipping Confirmation & Estimated Delivery

  • All letters are mailed within 12 business days of your subscription cycle.
  • Estimated delivery times vary by region:
    • Domestic: [2-4] business days
    • International: [4-20] business days
  • Please allow extra time during peak seasons or unexpected postal delays.

2. What to Do if Your Letter Has Not Arrived

If you have not received your letter within the estimated timeframe:

  • Check with your local post office or mail carrier for any delivery issues.
  • Verify that the shipping address you provided is correct.
  • Allow at least 5 additional business days in case of postal delays.

3. Replacements for Lost or Undelivered Letters

  • Untracked Mail: If your letter does not arrive within 5 days after the expected delivery window, we offer a one-time complimentary resend per subscription cycle. For subsequent resend, Dear Angel will replace the letter and art print (without keepsakes).
  • Tracked Mail: If your shipment is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items lost after confirmed delivery.
  • Frequent Non-Receipts: If multiple claims are made by the same customer, future replacement requests may be denied at our discretion.

4. Refund Policy

  • As each letter is personalized and prepared in advance, we do not offer refunds for undelivered mail.

5. Preventing Future Issues

  • Ensure your shipping address is up to date.
  • Consider upgrading to tracked shipping for guaranteed delivery.
